Question : Problem: CD stuck in Macbook Pro CD/DVD drive

I burned a cd in my mac mini inserted it in my macbook pro and now the macbook pro will not eject it, not only that but in sysem profiler under cd burning where it normally shows the cd drive, it says no burning device was found.

Any ideas I need this baby working as soon as possible

I had just found the tip about the card... glad you got it out.

I'd probably go back and try doing another PRAM reset.

I'm including instructions for resetting the SMC as well... but I'm not sure that will buy you anything.  I've had to do it on my iMac once or twice, but it's always been after a power related issue.

I'm betting on the PRAM reset.
