Question : Problem: Trying to find the right RAM for my ABIT IS7 V2 motherboard. DDR RAM DIMM and SDRAM

Trying to find the right RAM for my ABIT IS7 V2 motherboard It says in the manual:
"This motherboard provides 2 184 pin DDR DIMM sites for memory expansion available from minimum 128mb to 2 GB"

I have been looking all over the net for "1GB DDR RAM PC-3200 184 Pin DIMM"
When I do I get a lot of hits but it always seems to give me links to this
"Value RAM 1 GB Memory - DIMM 184-pin - 400 MHz ( PC3200 )"
When I click the link below they all seem to say that it is SDRAM. I do not know if I am about to buy the wrong stuff and screw my PC up or what? Can someone clarify this?

The Question am I missing something but does SDRAM work in place of the DDR RAM DIMM" I do not know what the heck to buy. I could really use some help on this one thank you.

Answer : Problem: Trying to find the right RAM for my ABIT IS7 V2 motherboard. DDR RAM DIMM and SDRAM

One and the same.

From http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DDR_SDRAM

PC3200 is DDR SDRAM specified to operate at 200 MHz using DDR-400 chips with a bandwidth of 3,200 MB/s. As DDR stands for Double Data Rate this means that the effective clock rate of PC3200 memory is 400 MHz.

1 GB PC3200 non-ECC modules are usually made with sixteen 512 Mbits chips, 8 down each side (512 Mbit x 16 chips) / (8 bits (per Byte)) = 1024 MBytes. The individual chips making up a 1 GByte memory module are usually organized with 64 Mbits and a data width of 8 bits for each chip, commonly expressed as 64M x 8. Memory manufactured in this way is low density RAM and will usually be compatible with any motherboard specifying PC3200 DDR-400 memory.
