Question : Problem: Blackberry - Reconfigure

I now have a Blackberry - that was being used for a different project - and hence was configured for that project needs. I am now trying to configure my blackberry to my POP email, but I am not able to as it has been previously configured for [Enterprise Email] - and I do not have th login ID and password for the portal setup - that is normally provided by the Service Provider. The service provider is clueless and is not sure what needs to be done to reset - so that I can set up the Blackberry again, like new. [Wipe deletes only the data, but doesnt delete the configuration]
