Question : Problem: Is there an iPhone app that will play just one Ringtone?

I have a bunch of custom iPhone ringtones that I have have created.  What I would like to do is have one menu page on my iPhone that will allow me to play Ringtones.  I am not looking to have the ringtone play only when I receive a call but want to play it on demand.  If there was an app that would play a song from the music library that has been loaded onto the iPhone that would be even better.

The iPhone is not made to do this, and theres no apps that im aware of. Id recommend using a computer to play songs, not your phone. How many dj's do you see walking around plugging in their phone to play songs.
