Question : Problem: Outlook category support on iPhone

I know that there is no native support for Outlook categories on the iPhone.  I've found some work-arounds, but they all require the creation of sub-calendars, etc.  Can anyone recommend a good third party product that will allow the synchronization of Outlook categories on an iPhone.  The phone syncs with Exchange Server 2003.
