Question : Problem: sent items from outlook on laptop gone after dropping then adding BB user to BES

After dropping then adding a user from our BES server all of his items in his sent box from outlook are now gone. And suprise suprise he needs them back right away. This all started from his contacts not updating from our exchange server, so I removed him and added him again thinking it might help........and suprise suprise it made it worse. Any thoughts?
