Question : Problem: Ram speed not recognised

Hello
I recently purchase 4 gig of Geil Black Dragon ram to go onto an Asus Striker2 Formula motherboard and core2 quad Q6600 processor - all four sticks rated at 1066 mhz.
However a scan by Crucial's memory scanner, and a run of Futuremark's 3DMark 06 reveals a memory clock speed of 800Mhz and reports the memory as PC-6400.

I have to say that also running twin nVidia 8800 gtxs' in sli mode, they system gives a benchmark of a tad over 13000 - is a little disappointing,

Can anyone advise of any settings in the bios I may have overlooked - or any other suggestions?
