Question : Problem: Cannot get audio to work

I have a brand new Asus P5GC-MX/1333 and cannot get the "Audio Device on High Definition Audio Bus" to load. I have downloaded the CD driver, the Asus Support page driver for this motherboard. Nothing will work. I went out to Driverguide.com and downloaded the driver. Nothing seems to help. ANy ideas?
