Question : Problem: Gateway Card Reader Broken?
I have a new Gateway DX4200-UB001A desktop with a 15 in 1 card reader. Today I plugged in a known good CF card and a known good SD card into their respective slots and got no response.
Is there something I have to do to activate the card reader?
Thx.
Answer : Problem: Gateway Card Reader Broken?
You may need to check that the card reader is actually physically connected to the motherboard - they typically use a USB connection. They should appear as drives in Windows Explorer.
