Question : Problem: 837 to pix firewall Can I have a dynamic public address to  static private address

I have a pix at the central site and a 837 at rhe remote.
I would like to use 10.30.0.0 subnet for the private subnet, my central site lan is 10.1.0.0 and at the central site I have a static address.
The question is can I build a vpn tunnel to the remote subnet if the adsl side is dynamic and not static.It is staticat the central site.
