Question : Problem: Add PS2 ports to USB only Desktop

I have a Dell GX280 with only USB ports for keyboard/mouse and need to hook this PC up to an existing KVM switch with PS2 ports. USB to PS2 adapter cables do not work. Does anyone know of a PCI card available I can install to add the PS2 ports to this computer? Thanks.

Yes sirvodka, there is a PS/2 Serial Port adapter that connects to the mother board.  We deal with them all the time.
