Question : Problem: SIS Processor to AGP Controller Driver issue

I am having issues with a PC not rebooting on shutdown / restart.  It shuts down OK, reboots, then goes to a black screen and stops.  ie doesnt get to the Windows screen.  I have checked the drivers using DriverScanner, and it says the driver for the SIS Processor to AGP controller is out of date.  I request the update to install, it downloads the software, then I get an error message that the system cannot detect the device, so it doesnt install the software.  Its obviously detected that the driver is out of date to determine which software to look for, so I dont understand the error.  Help!!

Thanks for the comment on the motherboard.  Before i got your last comment i went to the msi site, and followed their process for updating drivers and flashing the BIOS.  Doing this fixed the problem and it now reboots beautifully.  DriverScanner did seem to get it wrong
