nobus, that's not Iwill, it's one of those bogus ad-link sites.
Iwill does not exist anymore.
They were bought out by Flextronics in Singapore a little over a year ago.
That said, the board didn't use any 'strange' drivers.
You'll find them, just not in a nice neat pre-arranged package deal.

Silicon Image 3114 SATA driver [Might be in OS anyway]
Analog Devices AD1980 Audio [Might be in OS anyway]

All the rest should be native in the OS. [Even in Linux.] Very common parts.
