Question : Problem: switch error msg

i am using netgear FSM7328S layer3 switch

when i connect the switch to console port its giving message

UNIT 0 SCHAN ERROR: V/E=1 SRC=13 DST=15 OPCODE=20(MEM_FAIL_NOTIFY) ERRCODE=0x1
Tucana MMU DRAM CG0.M0 CRC error at 0x00000000

what might be the problem

If it's new, I'd cut my losses and call their support, open a ticket with netgear. Sounds like a hardware failure during burn-in, which isn't altogether uncommon. You shouldn't have a problem getting an RMA for a replacement.
