Question : Problem: System Process at high CPU usage.  CPU at 100% We are crawling!

We had a drive fail in a software RAID mirror and had to recover off of the shadow copy.  Now there is a new problem...the CPU seems to be pegged at 100%.  The "System" process seems to be the busiest and is not something that can be stopped.  The whole network is at a crawl. There seems to be very little network traffic.  I thought it might be a Microsoft patch for Exchange, which metioned high CPU activity but no cure.  Any thoughts?

Sounds to me like the software mirror your using is loosing sync after some uptime and trying to resync the array.
