Question : Problem: CX200 0x4953 Error

Currently getting an error inside of the Navisphere error with an event code of 0x4953, with a description of "Unable to download file from originator and master, download aborted."

What does this mean?

Answer : Problem: CX200 0x4953 Error

There are two likely causes:

1. A Storage Processor has recently been replaced - restarting the management server will clear the error. Proceed as durindil suggests.

2. You've changed the IP addresses of the Storage Processors. If this is the case, the simplest solution is to go into /setup and select "Destroy Security and Domain Information". This destroys all the existing fomain information (it does *not* affect data on the array, nor will it stop your servers acecssing the array). Log back into the array normally and you'll be prompted to create a domain user and password. Create it and you'll be back in business.
