Question : Problem: Arcserve 11.5 backup of ISA server

Good day all,
I use Arcserve 11.5 to backup a number of servers.
Most servers are ok but the ISA servers are not seen using the agent.
I have tried opening various ports etc on the isa servers but to no avail.

If anyone has Arcserve 11.5 and are using the client to backup an isa server can they please help.

Just a thought can you see the isa server on the network neighbourhood? it isnt in your DMZ or some such.
