Question : Problem: I want to know the IP address of devices (computers, printers) that are connected to the ports on a Cisco Switch

I want to know the IP address of devices (computers, Cisco IP Phones) that are connected to the ports on a Cisco Switch, can someone tell me a way I can find out what IP addresses of devices that are connected to what ports on a Cisco Switch? Note: I can't use a program like Solar Winds Switch Port Mapper, I need to know how to determine what IP address are connected to what ports on the switch from the Switch or Router.

Cisco devices: Router 3700, Switchs: 3550s and 3750s. Server 2003 environment with XP Pro native environment.

Thank you,

First, determine the mac-address.  Once you have the mac-address, you need to login to the router for that VLAN/subnet and do a "show arp" to correlate the mac-address to the IP address.

On the router, you can make this easier by doing a "show arp | i " to specifically find the IP for that mac-address.
