Question : Problem: No video on new Motherboard

I have just installed a new motherboard for a customer. It powers on fine bit i cant get any video out of it. I checked the processor to ensure its was in right. The board is an intel D865GVHZ.

I would say it's very likely a defective motherboard.

And as sparkmaker asked above, when you say powers on fine, do you mean that it sounds like it's posting and booting up, or that just the fans and hard drives turn on?

If you have a keyboard connected, is it functioning? As in can you turn the NUM LOCK on and off?
