Question : Problem: Need to add Blackberry users to Exchange Server

Newbie Blackberry person here...
I just set up an Exchange 2007 Server, and now I need to have Blackberry users use the Exchange Server.
These Blackberry users used to connect 'somewhere else',,,

I have never set up a Blackberry server before, so do I even have to point the Blackberry users to the new exchange server (MX records point there now).

Please help, as I have no idea where to start, as I have never worked with Blackberry before.

You are apparently using BIS ( blackbess Internet Service ) , which is fine for a few users, but does not give you any centralized management for multiple devices, including security, encryption, remote lock and unlock/ wipe etc.
