Question : Problem: Blackberry Storm e-mail capacity
Our company President and I have the Storm. She previously had the 8830. We both keep lots of mail and have many folders under our inboxes. Prior to getting the Storm her Blackberry wiped out all her e-mails in the device, when it reached it's capacity. I contacted BB support and they informed me that's the way it's designed. So my question is how can we know if we are reaching capacity before it deletes the e-mail in the device. Or is the Storm (firmware 4.7) not going to do this?
Thanks
Answer : Problem: Blackberry Storm e-mail capacity
If you go to the bb device, just click Options > Status. There will be a field called File Free. If you have a very low number there, you will start to see your emails, etc... be deleted.
