Question : Problem: Basic Blackberry question

Where I work we have several users you have Blackberries so they can receive their emails when they are off site.
I don't know too much about how they work- but I have a general question.

Every 45 days we are prompted by our network to change our windows password.  Do users with Blackberries need to do anything extra?  A friend said they might need to change the password on he blackberry whenever they change the network password because if the blackberry tried to sync itself with the old password, it could lock the windows account out due to three unsuccessful logins.

Info appreciated: thanks

Answer : Problem: Basic Blackberry question

the blackberry really isn't attached to the network, just syncing with the email.. if their email passwords stay the same, then you don't have to do anything.. but even if they don't and the blackberry tries to sync 1000 times it shouldn't lock the account because their not trying to access the network, just sync emails
