Question : Problem: Configuring main mail folder on Blackberry

. We have blackberry  enterprise server and many BB devices. One of our users has  his  personal email  added to the blackberry using the basic email account adding feature.
Now there is a new icon for the personal  email account and you can see the personal emails once you go into it.
 But both sets of emails ( personal and work) are coming into the main messages folder.  The user does not want to see the personal emails in the main messages folder.  Is there any way to accomplish that.

Not sure of the model, but I think its less than 7 months old.  Buying a new blackberry could be an option if it solves the problems ( the blackberry bold?) , but we would like to stay with the existing one as much as possible.
