Question : Problem: Blackberry not reconciling changes from Outlook.

Hi,
Im having problems with BES 4.0 . Everything is working fine apart from the fact that the blackberry devices do not reconcile changes when you open a message from Outlook.  Anyone else have this problem?

Answer : Problem: Blackberry not reconciling changes from Outlook.

It can take up to 24 hours before the service books are pushed.  So this can take a while...
