Question : Problem: IPOD shows folder with an Exclamation and wont play
I have a 60GB video IPOD. I recently connected it to my computer with the provided white usb connector. instead of the usual "do not disconnect message" I got an folder icon below a triangule with an exclamtion point and it said 'www.apple.com/support.
Once I go there, it asks me to restore my ipod.
I go to my computer and double click on 'Ipod" drive or E: and it say "disk is not formatted, would you like ot format it now." I click yes and 30 seconds later it says "disk cannot be formatted." I need all my files on the IPOD and would greatly appreciate anyone who can show me how to fix this.
