Contact list won't transfer after performing a wipe handheld and master reset.
The phone was working fine as I'm told, other than the MMS fucntion. The original problem was that the contact list didn't update. So after a performing the reset and wipe, I replaced the phone and SIM with another phone that was currently working perfectly. So an entirely new phone a SIM from another phone that was working. No change. I also had taken the original phone and configed if with a different number/email and it loaded everything fine, so It isn't a phone problem. The email address is good as it follows the standard format of everyone else on our Exchange server. This was verified point per point against other users profiles that work perfectly.
It performs the activation in a timely manner, and actually will show the address book initializing and completeing, but never loads contents and the book says no addresses once activation completes.
Emails transfer just fine.
I've reset the server. Performed wipe/master reset on other phones and they activate perfectly with address books loaded.
Could it be some setip within Outlook 2003 or Exchange that needs to be verified? This one is a big mystery, so if anyone has any ideas I should try, please let me know.
Thanks!

Are the contacts kept in the Contacts folder on the Exchange store? Or are they kept on a PST? If they are kept on any folder besides the Exchange store then they will not transfer properly.
