I have to to remove the hd, but i didn't try official documentation surfing the web.
Please, tomorrow afternoon i have to dismantle it!

Answer : Problem: REMOVE HARD DISK ASUS Z8100 NOTEBOOK

There are four bottom screws that must be removed in order to open up the bottom of the laptop. The hard drive is placed between  the CPU fan and the battery pack.
Refer to the screw placement on page 18 and the hard drive placement on page 56 of this manual
