Question : Problem: Overlapping Partition??

I seem to have a problem concerning my one hard drive. I am unable to reformat or repartition it using a program such as Partition Magic, and according to FIPS, I have an overlapping partition. How is that possible and can I in any way fix it?

I do not have a problem losing all the data on my hard drive since I am planning to format it anyway, so any suggestions is welcome.
