Question : Problem: windows xp cannot access raid volume created with windows 2000

my file server used to run windows 2000 and I had drive X shared and many user and access rights assigned to it.
Now i have installed windows xp pro and when i try to open the drive it says 'access denied'

how can i gain access to all 4.8 TB of my files  with win xp pro?

Answer : Problem: windows xp cannot access raid volume created with windows 2000

XP cannot read/mount software RAID 1/5 volumes.  You need 2000 Server or 2003 Server.
