Question : Problem: Lexmark optra S 1650

It gives me an error message saying:

241 Paper Jam
Check tray 1

I check tray 1 and everywhere, did not find even a small peice of paper.

What I think is the roller. It did not sound like it picked up the paper.
Please help;
