Question : Problem: Moving Arcserve 2000 database

Hi,
I have an file server with Windows 2003 server SP1 with Arcserve 2000 installed on it. Arcserve is installed on the C-partion but the Arcserve database is growed to 3,5 GB and my C-partion is near capacity. On my E-part I have 10 Gb free so I want's to move the database to the E-part.
What I have done:
1. Stop the Arcserve services
2. Copied the map Database to the E-partion E:\Arcserve\Database
3. Change the registry setting [Hkey_LM, Software, Computer Associates, ArcserveIt, Base, Path] " Database" in E:\Arcserve\Database.
4. Start the arcserve services
Arcserve still usage the database on my C-partion
When I stop the Arcserve services I cannot rename the map Database to Database.old it is still in Use?
Does anyone know what to do more to moving the database to the E-partion?
