Question : Problem: Rightfax printer always shows up as default printer

Hello all,

We have a Citrix environment Presentation Server 4.5, and every time a user go to print a document the Rightfax printer always shows up as the default printer, is there a way to not have this keep happening. I know this needs to happen if you are sending a document to the Rightfax printer, but do you always have to manually set it back, only to have it change when you logout and log back in?

Any luck?  Did you find out if the rightfax becomes the default when the user first logs in or does it only happen after they send a fax?

I did find this quote from an article "User management is simplified with the addition of a GUI for the import-user and change-user utilities. You can make changes to users across different user groups quickly. If user groups span multiple locations, you can use the GUI to change the default printer for multiple groups. Without this capability, you would have to enter the information on the command line. You also can read or write to the user database through a comma-delimited file. "

Perhaps something in the management side of the software is forcing it to become the default printer?
