Question : Problem: RDP v6 Stuck at 16bit

I recently upgraded my two WinXP Sp2 machines with the latest version of RDP (v6).  Boy was that a mistake, "if it ain't broke, don't fix it".
Now every time I log into either computer the Colors are forced at 16bits.  I've tweaked all the settings on the RDP connection options, and I've verified on each machine (locally) that they are both set at 32bit colors.

I don't know what's wrong with RDP v6, but this really stinks.

Can someone please tell me one of two answers:
1. How can I fix this?
or
2. How can I downgrade back to my older version of RDP, that worked?

I have never had any problems with Ver 6.0 nor heard of those specific problems, but if you would like to "downgrade" you can un install ver 6.0 in add/remove programs, and if you need to re-install the old version you can download ver 5.2 from:
