Question : Problem: Gateway desktop will not turn on

I have  gateway pc that will not power on. I have checked the power supply and changed it with one i know is good. Still it does not turn on, I do have a green light on the motherboard. would the next step be to replace the motherboard?

Answer : Problem: Gateway desktop will not turn on

Check the case fans are running.  Some pc have a circuit the stop the pc from starting if the case fans are not running.
