Question : Problem: Active sync is not working, message 0x85010014 with Qtek phone...

For the first time try to sync my Qtek 9100 with the server throuhh direct push. Does not work, get the Status 0x85010014 in active sync on the phone.
In Active sync the servername should be "mail.company.com" without https:// (using SSL). Is this related to the message, do I have to create that adress somewhere? Right now the adress to the server is https://mail.company.com...

Are you trying to use a self assigned server cert? If you are 99.9% of WM5 devices wont accept them without regedit/hacks etc. I would recommend using a trusted SSL certificate from a company such as Thawte. To test to see if it is your cert go into IIS and uncheck "SSL required" on activesync and uncheck the option on your device (please note this is for testing only and for security reasons it should be returned back to requiring SSL ASAP).
