Question : Problem: Wife needs to VPN connect to employer A and I need to VPN connect to employer B

My wife currently works from home using her companies VPN network.  We have a Linksys router and have the DMZ set to allow her to point-to-point tunnel.  I have recently started a new job and can access my employers VPN network from home.  What devices would allow each of us to access our separate VPN networks without the need to get a second cable modem.  Would like to keep everything on one router so each of us could still use the full complex of printers, etc.

You should not require any additional equipment.  Your wife is already working...and the cisco VPN client is capable of NAT transversal so you should not need to do any special modifications to your router for it to work...
