Answer : Problem: Can the logs in the Wp3logs directory in System32 directory be deleted?

The wp3logs directory contains the logs for SBS Proxy server. There is no harm in deleting these files. However, if you do not want to log proxy server activity, I would suggest turning logging off.

Assuming you are on SBS 2000, open the ISA Management console. and expand Servers & Arrays \ (your server name) \ Monitoring Configuration   then click on logs.  Right click on each component (Packet Filters, ISA Server Firewall service, and ISA Server Web Proxy Service) select properties and uncheck "Enable logging for this service". This will turn off logging.
