Question : Problem: Keyboard freezes as Windows loads on a Dell Inspiron 531S

This customer got infected with the AntiVirus XP2008. Been trying to reload Windows for two days now. Dell didn't include the restore OS just drivers and utility discs. Keyboard freezes as Windows loads so, clever me decided to install XP on their SATA drive on my machine and then reinstall. Mistake! Now, it just cycles as Windows loads. I'm at a loss and truly frustrated. Is there a way around this without having the customer pay Dell to send them the restore/OS disc? Thanks.

Well, note to self: When taking in newer, USB only computers, ALWAYS have the customre bring in the keyboard that came with it. Problem resolved by using the Dell keyboard.
