Question : Problem: G5 Fan problem after OSX 10.3.8 upgrade

I just installed 10.3.8 update on my PowerMac G5 Dual 1.8GHz a few hours ago and noticed some really weird fan behaviour. The fan constantly revving up for no apparent reasons, especially during web browsing or running PowerPoint presentations. At times the CPU fan speed can reach close to 3000rpm and they sound like jet engines. Under 10.3.7, the fan rev up occasionally, but nowhere nearly as frequent and loud. According to the release note, 10.3.8 is supposed to fix fan problem, but it seems to make the matter worse. Anyone experiencing similar problem?
