Question : Problem: Revision compatibility A00 and A01

We have a ZPS410 and the motherboard has been determined as bad, the tech order a new motherboard and when it came in the computer would not power up. We then looked at the new motherboard and compared to the old mother board and noticed that the revision werre different. the number on the board is E210882 and it states revision A00..
Any and all help will be greatly appreciated since the folks at Dell are as helpful as ever

connect motherboard, cpu + 1 ramstick, video card, Power supply -->can you boot into bios ok?
if YES then add components 1 by one
if NO then it is one of the connected, swap ram, video card, PS --> leaves only mobo and cpu
