Question : Problem: Sync Public Calendar with Personal Calendar

Running Exchange 2003 SP2 on Windows 2003.
I need a way to sync a public calendar with a personal calendar in the users personal mailbox. The purpose for this is that I am synchronizing this users mailbox using versa-mail on his Treo directly to his Exchange mailbox. The issue is that this will not sync to a public folder. Therefore I  need to synchronize this public calendar to his regular calendar, so that it will all sync to his Treo.
Can anyone help me in this matter?

Cannot be done natively. The first tool that springs to mind is Add2Exchange from DidItBetter. There may be others, but I am not aware of any.
