Question : Problem: Is stranded Cat6 cable compatible with keystone jacks for in-wall use?

I know that there are special Cat5/5e/6 RJ45 connectors for stranded cable, but what about keystone jacks?  Can your standard keystone jack accept stranded cable without tearing through the fine wires?

My problem is that I already wired up my new office with Cat6 stranded cable without realizing it was stranded until I had already hung the drywall.

Given the circumstances, you should simply test it at "at least 100 Mbit" throughput.  If you were doing it again, no, I would definitely not use stranded.  But since it is done, test it thoroughly, and then throw away the rest of the roll.   There is technically nothing wrong with stranded if all the connections are perfect ... but ...
