> Does anyone have a link that outlines the steps to accomplish this?
You didn't say if you have server 2000, 2003 or 2008, nor what operating system[s] will be logging on... so here are a couple for 2000 and 2003. 2008 should be similar (Hah! - famous last words:-), and I believe they cover mostly windows OS's released in this century, as clients...

I think so, but I believe you generate it yourself.

Depends what version you have (the version of Linksys hardware is typically shown only after the model no. on the bottom barcode sticker, not on the box or anywhere else)... the docs for v3 say it supports WPA2 with 802.1x:
WPA-Enterprise
This option features WPA used in coordination with a RADIUS server. (This should only be used when a RADIUS
server is connected to the Access Point.)
Encryption. WPA offers you two encryption methods, TKIP and AES, with dynamic encryption keys. Select the
type of algorithm you want to use, TKIP or AES.
RADIUS Server. Enter the RADIUS servers IP address.
RADIUS Port. Enter the port number used by the RADIUS server.
Shared Secret. Enter the Shared Secret key used by the Access Point and RADIUS server.
