FYI - i have 450 W PS that runs fine for days - then all of a sudden it just does not boot (green led on mobo)
i found that for some reason, the PWR OK signal does not come thru, effectively blocking the start up.
Leaving it a couple of days resting cures the problem (probably a bad capacitor in the PS)
