Question : Problem: network is malfunctioning, ping gets error code 5, won't talk to exchange

We just opened 2 brand new HP d5800 small form factor pc's, and when you ping, you get to the ip, but it gives error code 5.  Also I cannot connect to my exchange server, but I can still get online and can still see network shares.  please help!  Network drivers are fully updated.

turns out when we uninstalled McAfee on these new PC's, 2 services lagged behind and for some reason created the same issue on both pc's.

FYI the names of these services are ENGINE~ and Mfpsvc.dll,  kill these services and delete the McAfee directory and ping fired right up as well as exchange.  Stupid McAfee
