Question : Problem: Skype Altenative

Hi,

Anybody who knows a software which is like skype? We are looking for software which can support these:

1. VoIP - PC to PC and PC to phone.
2. Chat
3. Secure File Transfer.

Already found combots, brosix and mindspring. Anything else? We don't one an opensource one...
