My Samsung SyncMaster 910T 19" Silver LCD Monitor Text is fuzzy and picture quality is not good

I had set the best resulotion required by the monitor but still same result

When i Am play movie on it their picture quality is not good as well

How should I solve this issue

What is the input? VGA? DVI?
What resolution have you set?
How much RAM do you have?
What graphics card do you have? Have you installed the latest drivers for it?
