Question : Problem: citrix prsentation server Discovery and configuration are running and not getting completed

hi ,
i have a farm with 8 presentation server 4.0 servers. I have added 3 more but when i run a discovery and configure ..it runs forever.. no errors are getting displayed.  Igave it an hr or so and still nothing.
Any ideas ?

is network COM+ access installed?
