Question : Problem: Blackberry email synch

Hi,

We have a Blackberry 8300, which receives email succesfully from the enterprise server. The trouble we are having, is we are unable to synch the mailbox on Outlook with the device, even though we are able to synch the contacts.

The software used to synch is the desktop manager which came with the device.

Hi

On the blackbery that I use I would from the inbox select the reconcile now option.

This is the same setup as I have syncronising outlook client with a blackberry running from a Small Business Blackberry Enterprise Server.

Have you tried unticking then selecting the reconcile option again manually ??
