Question : Problem: Blackberry deleting messages

Hi

I would welcome an explanation and assistance on how to rectify my Blackberry Pearl which has suddenly taken to deleting messages after three hours or so (with the exception of saved messages) for no apparent reason. downloading new service books doesn't help

I don't use enterprise, I just use the Blackberry internet service which forwards emails from my work microsoft outlook to the handset.

This issue may occur when your device is running low on memory.  Is anything else being deleted? e.g. Phone call logs or SMS
